NY Fashion Week

Last week I had the opportunity to go to NY Fashion Week with Refinery29.  It was a blast!  I got to attend some shows as well as other events.  A few of the trends I noticed from the Fall 2013 runways:
-Low buns instead of high buns
-Natural/grunge texture
-Darker lips
-Deep side parts

What a fun week!  I saw lots of amazing clothes, as well as hair and makeup.  Stay tuned for some hair tutorials for some of my favorite FW looks!

  1. These are really interesting. I like that the hair for the Cushnie Et Ochs show were all combed back with volume. I think it allows the audience to focus on the structures of the design as the details are quite intricate despite being all black. Classy and intriguing!

    It would be a dream come true to be able to attend NYFW as well.
