Vintage Glam

Let me say, this photo shoot was definitely one of my favorites. The location, dress (which is my grandma's wedding dress) and model were all beautiful! I loved creating this 1940's look. For the hair I went with a classic chignon low in the back, dressed up with fingerwaves and pin curls on the sides. For make up I did a softer red lip color with a strong cat-eye and strong brows. The way women wore their hair and make-up was so classy back then! Thanks again to Amber Weimer for the pictures.

  7. Just got here from Pinterest. Was your grandma's dress homemade? It might interest you to see the pattern I think was used. :) https://www.etsy.com/transaction/87615854 Well done on the hair, and well done using the courthouse in Provo. It's a lovely shoot.
